Rainbow paper

 Aim: To separate colors by using the process of chromatography 

Definition:  chromatography  is a method of separating out materials from a mixture using a liquid

Materials :  

1. boiling tube 

2 . color marker

3.water

4. fitter paper

5. scissors

6.ruler 

7. pencil 

8. test tuber stand 

Process:

step 1 : get your materials 

step 2 : cut up the fitter paper into strip ready to write

step 3: rule the line 1 cm from the bottom of the paper strip

step 3 : put 8LCM of water into the bottom of the boiling tube 

step 4: draw two colored pen dots on the pencil line 

step 5: drop the strip of paper into the boiling tube and once it is touching the water at the bottom you can crease the top of the paper. 

step 6 : watch , take 2 photo and obverse the chromatography process on your paper

Chromatography is a technique for the separation of a mixture by passing it in solution or suspension of a mixture by passing it.

Aim: to separate the colors from the skittles by using chromatography.

Materials:

1 : 5 skittles  

2  : water 

3 : petri dish

4 : Beaker

Process 

Step 1: get your equipment set up ready to pour the 50mls of water into the petri dish with the skittles 

Step 2: place the skittles into the peri dish around the edges

Step 3: pour 50mls water gently into the middle of the perti dish

Step 4: watch as the water removes the dye from the skittles . See which color reaches the middles fastest

Today we make 3D shapes but its animals. It was fun to make and easy to make. First you have to follow the steps. Next you have to fold and keep folding for the step and you will make an animal. I made a Loin and other people made Pigs , Cows ,  and Sheep . The whole class have to do some activities .

today i'm going to tell you so tips to do gummy bears 

Aim: i want to find out what happens to gummy bears when we put  them into different liquids

Equipment: 

There solutions- water salt and sugar 

Four gummy bear of the same color 

 two peti Dishes 

 marker pen 

electronic balance

beaker   

Steps:

1 get your equipment

2 label peti dishes with dry water salt water sugar water  

3 weight the  gummy bears and record and record their weight on the perti dish 

4  add 40mL of the solution's

1. Collect your equipment

2.Put some water into the tray

3. squirt some detergent into the water 

4. put on your safety glasses 

5.tie up your long hair 

6. Take any jewelry

7. wet you hands , wrist and arms

8. bubble the gas into the water   

9 . scoop the bubbles but not the water

10. hold the bubbles in front of your with arms locked
